Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of this website and the general terms on which CUSTOS offers its services. Each service engagement is also covered by a written agreement; if that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Our services
CUSTOS offers Web Development, Direct Mail and Billing & Invoice Automation services as described on our Services page. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of an engagement are set out in its written agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars on our Services page. Setup fees are paid half at signing and half at launch; monthly fees begin at launch; third-party costs are separate where stated in your agreement. Direct Mail follows the Mailers reservation terms for its one-time price, included costs and cancellation policy. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. See Refunds & Cancellations.
No guaranteed results
We work to make our systems effective, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, number of leads, call volume, response rates or search rankings.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information about your business, to have the right to any content and contact lists you provide, and to use our services lawfully, including laws on marketing consent and calling or messaging people.
Third-party services
Some services rely on third-party providers (for example payment processing, telephony and hosting). Their availability and terms may affect the service, and their costs are passed through as described in your agreement.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about CUSTOS and to contact us. Please do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it or submit content you do not have the right to share.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not alter a signed agreement unless both parties agree in writing.
