Mailer reservation terms

What you are reserving
One advertisement in one local shared mailing on a flat 12 × 9 inch, two-sided postcard carrying ten advertiser placements, five per side. This is one mailing, not a monthly subscription.
Standard: six smaller panels, three on each side, at $399 per spot. Featured: two large upper panels on the reverse at $599 per spot. Premium: two large upper panels on the front at $799 per spot. Your individual order identifies your tier and exact panel.
The final printed ad dimensions and required mailing area depend on the printer’s approved postal template. We will confirm them before taking your payment; the current mockup is a design standard, not a print-ready vendor specification.
What is included
One custom ad layout using your authorized logo, pictures, contact details and approved copy; an individual-ad PDF proof; two consolidated revision rounds; and a QR code to a destination you approve, if requested.
one revision round means one consolidated set of feedback followed by one revised proof. Corrections to mistakes introduced by CUSTOS do not use up your two revision rounds. Further changes or new design work are quoted for your approval before work or charges begin.
New branding, photography, websites, landing pages and additional mailings are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Price and payment
the full spot price is paid once, through the customer-specific Stripe checkout provided after your order is confirmed. The spot price includes the agreed ad design, printing and postage for that mailing, and CUSTOS absorbs its standard card-processing fees. No separate processing surcharge or later print/postage charge is added to that agreed order.
For this advertising design and shared-mail placement service, no New York sales tax is added to the advertiser charge under our advertising-service classification. Standard totals $399, Featured $599 and Premium $799. This is not a customer exemption certificate or a NY Tax ruling. Any applicable supplier taxes are CUSTOS costs within the agreed spot price. Other products or a materially different transaction require separate review.
A successful, verified payment reserves your spot. A conversation, preview, unpaid checkout link or return-page visit does not by itself confirm a paid reservation. An unpaid link has an expiration; contact us if it expires.
The card must fill
Production starts only once all ten spots are sold and paid. The fill window is 14 calendar days from the campaign’s first paid reservation. Your order or confirmation must identify the campaign deadline; no deadline has been set for this edition yet.
If the card has not filled within that window, we will contact you so you can choose to move your paid spot to the next card or receive a full refund. We do not automatically roll your payment into another mailing without your choice.
No printing occurs while the campaign is unfilled. Refunds are returned to the original payment method after your choice is confirmed. We will explain the processing timeframe when a refund is arranged.
Your content and proof approval
Provide a logo and pictures you are authorized to use, your correct phone number and website, any offer and its conditions, and one person authorized to approve the ad. Any review quote must be authentic and approved for this use. We do not invent reviews, endorsements or promotions.
You receive only your individual ad as a PDF proof. Reply in writing to approve that exact version or request changes. A change creates a new version requiring fresh approval. Silence is not approval, and an ad with unresolved changes is held from print.
if the agreed proof deadline is missed, we contact you to resolve the schedule or cancellation before the campaign proceeds. We do not print unapproved artwork or silently accept a last draft on your behalf.
Where and when it is mailed
The order must name the agreed distribution area and confirmed routes/count before payment. Earlier approximately 1,000-household planning figures are not a guaranteed count or a confirmed order.
No mailing date or household arrival date is promised until the card is filled, all proofs are approved and the printer confirms the schedule. We will communicate the confirmed mailing plan.
a material change to the agreed area, panel or price requires your written agreement before production; otherwise you may cancel for a full refund before the print order is placed. No route substitution or extra charge is automatic.
Cancellation and problems
you may cancel for a full refund before CUSTOS places the approved print order, including during design and proof review. There is no hidden design deduction.
After your exact proof is approved and the print order is placed, a change-of-mind cancellation is not guaranteed. Contact us immediately; any available cancellation or change and its cost must be explained and agreed in writing. This does not decide remedies for CUSTOS or supplier errors.
if CUSTOS cancels the campaign before it is mailed, you may choose a full refund or a different mailing agreed in writing. A replacement mailing is never assumed.
For a printing error or suspected mailing problem, contact us with the details. CUSTOS reviews the approved proof, print order and mailing evidence with the supplier and explains the proposed remedy. Reprint/remail responsibility and any applicable limits will be confirmed in the campaign-specific written order before payment.
Results and competitors
We do not guarantee calls, leads, visits, redemptions or sales. QR scans and offer redemptions are reported only when actually measured; no measurement is not evidence of no response.
category exclusivity is not included. Another business in the same trade may appear on the card. No salesperson may promise exclusivity unless a separately approved written agreement expressly grants it.
After mailing
Once mailing is supported by verified postal acceptance evidence, we send a mailing update and then the complete final mailer PDF. A print order or delivery to the mailhouse alone is not a mailed confirmation.

Order-specific details
Before any payment, your completed written order will identify the seller and advertiser, authorized approver, campaign, exact tier and panel, final ad dimensions and total, confirmed distribution and deadlines. Seller and supplier details are still being finalized. This policy page is not a completed advertiser agreement and collects no signature or acceptance.
