• Contact form: your name, email address, business name, topic and message.
• Client information: the business details, content and customer records you give us to provide a service.
• Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use personal information to reply to you, to provide and support the services you buy, to bill for them, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with providers that help us deliver our services, such as hosting, payment processing, telephony and email providers, and only as needed for that purpose, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or cookie-based tracking. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, measures visits with its cookieless web analytics (page views and general performance, without identifying you).

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide services, keep business records and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, through our contact page. If we hold the information on behalf of a client business, we will pass your request to that business.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
